Clear Features

The clear option allows you to clear features displayed in the map.

To use this option:

• Select the "Index" button, followed by the "Reset" button as shown in the image above.  This action will clear all features that are selected in the Index list (refer to the Index - Find Features section), or Table of Contents (also known as the Browse section), as well as the respective features that are displayed in the map.

Note: selecting the Reset button will not clear the features that have been saved as a favorite location in the map. A Favorite location can ONLY be removed from the map using the "Favorites" tool. Refer to the "Optional Actions" area identified near the bottom portion of the "Favorites" tool section, specifically for turning a Favorite location ON or OFF in the map.
